I was really happy with how quickly it showed up. It arrived sooner than I expected, which was such a nice surprise!

I was hoping to pay in installments, but umm, when I got to checkout there were barely any options available. I ended up just leaving it instead...

My snap judgment after using UTV Source: solid. Most of the stuff I needed was right there, like fitment, specs, and photos, so comparing parts didn’t turn into some annoying research project.
I’m giving it 4 stars because a few listings could definitely use better install notes or clearer details. Not a dealbreaker at all, though, overall it’s a good site and I’d use it again.

I was trying to track down a few parts for my UTV, and it was getting a little annoying because most of the places I checked either had them listed as out of stock or showed shipping times that were weeks out. I didn’t really want to place an order and then sit around wondering when it would actually show up, so I kept looking. UTV Source ended up having the parts available, which was a nice surprise because at that point I was expecting the same problem everywhere. The ordering process was straightforward too. I didn’t have to bounce between three different websites or piece the order together from multiple places, which I really appreciated. I was able to find what I needed, get it ordered, and move on without it turning into a bigger project than it needed to be. Overall, it was an easy experience, and I’d definitely check UTV Source again next time I need parts...

Communication was fine overall, but the tracking info updated way too late. Based on this order, it feels like their system might not be the best for keeping customers informed in real time.

It just wasn’t worth the money. Once I’d paid, I kind of felt trapped, like I had to make the best of it even though I was already disappointed. I expected a lot more for the price.

I ordered specific parts, but what showed up was not what I ordered at all. Then trying to get it sorted felt like the goalposts kept moving, first it was one thing they needed, then another, and I still didn’t have the right parts. Frustrating experience overall.

Ordered a few parts from utvsource the packaging was solid. The box had a small ding on one corner, but everything inside was wrapped up well and nothing was damaged, so... yeah. Not the fanciest packaging or anything, but it did what it needed to do and got here in good shape. I’d order from them again.

The parts and categories were definitely there, but it felt like I had to click around more than I expected to narrow things down. Once I finally found the right item, checkout went smoothly, so that part was no problem. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but the site could be a bit easier to navigate

I ordered a couple parts from utvsource.com and decided to pick them up locally instead of having them shipped. it was convenient, especially since I was already in the area, which is not always something I expect places to get right.

The guy at the counter found my order fast, and it was nice not having to worry about boxes sitting on my porch. I saved a few bucks too, so that part worked out better than expected.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I did have to wait a little at first. Nothing dramatic, and once they got moving it was smooth enough, but it had that classic “almost efficient” feel

I ordered from utvsource.com and the checkout process went through without any problems. The site looked normal enough, and my payment was accepted right away, but I do wish the security details were a little easier to find or explained better. I even reached out and support basically said something like, “Your payment is processed securely and everything looks good on our end,” which helped a bit, but I still felt slightly hesitant while entering my card info. Nothing bad happened, and the order went fine, but the overall checkout experience was just okay for me.

I stopped in hoping to grab a few specific parts, but I couldn’t really Find what I was looking for. The selection felt kind of limited, so I left a little disappointed.

I tried to exchange a part and it ended up being way more trouble than it should’ve been. The replies were slow, the return steps weren’t explained clearly, and I still had to cover extra costs in the end. For me, that’s just not worth it, and I won’t be ordering from them again

The whole thing felt kind of sketchy to me. Maybe it works out for other people, but I’m not giving these guys another order.

I ordered a kit from utvsource.com and the parts did show up without any issues, which was good. That said, the install support wasn’t really what I expected. I emailed them with a wiring question and got a short response that didn’t actually clear things up. I ended up digging through forums to figure it out myself. The kit seems fine so far, but the lack of helpful support did make me question the overall quality a bit. Not a terrible experience, just not as reassuring as I hoped after buying from them.
